Refund & Guarantee Policy

1. 7-Day Implementation Guarantee
We pride ourselves on operational speed. Our concierge team guarantees that your data will be migrated and your first recall loop will be live within 72 hours of receiving your data export. If we fail to meet this timeline, you are entitled to a full refund of your onboarding fee and your first month of subscription.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
Since Sitalax is a month-to-month service, we do not provide partial refunds for months already billed. You may cancel at any time, and your service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
3. Professional Communication Costs
WhatsApp session fees and SMS costs are paid directly to the providers (Meta, Twilio, WATI) or are non-refundable pass-through costs. Sitalax does not provide refunds for these third-party communication expenses.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of technical failure on our part that prevents the platform from operating for more than 48 consecutive hours, we will provide a pro-rated credit or refund for the affected period.
