1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Sitalax platform and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between your clinic and Sitalax regarding the professional use of our operational services.

2. Service Description

Sitalax provides an operational continuity engine designed to assist healthcare clinics with patient retention, automated communication loops, and revenue visibility. The platform is provided as a software service to support clinic management and professional workflows.

3. Account Responsibilities

Clinics are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach.

4. Clinic Responsibilities

As a clinic user, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided to the platform and for ensuring that your use of the service complies with applicable local healthcare regulations and communication standards.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Sitalax only for lawful clinical and business purposes. Prohibited activities include any attempt to interfere with the platform's security, automated scraping of data, or the use of the service for non-clinical spam communication.

6. Communication Integrations

Sitalax facilitates communication through third-party integrations, such as the Official WhatsApp Business API. Use of these integrations is subject to the terms and policies of the respective service providers. Sitalax is not responsible for service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

7. Fees and Payments

Our fee structure is transparent and consists of the following components:

  • Implementation & Onboarding Fee: A one-time fee covering configuration and setup.
  • Subscription Fees: Recurring charges for platform access based on your selected tier.
  • Usage Charges: Fees related to communication volume (e.g., WhatsApp API costs).

All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in a separate service agreement.

8. Setup and Onboarding Scope

The scope of implementation and onboarding is determined based on the specific needs and configuration requirements of your clinic. Onboarding support is available to assist with platform setup and staff training according to the agreed-upon service scope.

9. Subscription and Renewals

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Unless otherwise specified, subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle under the same terms.

10. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service for violations of these terms or non-payment of fees. Upon termination, your right to access the platform will cease immediately.

11. Intellectual Property

Sitalax and its original content and features are the exclusive property of Sitalax. Your clinic retains all rights to its own patient and operational data submitted to the platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

Sitalax provides its services "as is" and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms periodically. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
